- Large white to gray falcon with dark streaks and bars.
- Artic to subartic distribution.
- Saker Falcons are a subspecies of the Gyrfalcon found in the mountains and deserts of the Middle East and Asia.
- Tend to not tolerate warmer temperatures.
- Thought by some to be the “ultimate falcon”.
